ጨቅላ ህፃንዎን መመገብ ያለማቋረጥ የሚደረግ ሃላፊነት ነዉ | Breastfeeding

አዲስ ከመጣዉ የቤተሰብ አባልዎ ጋር የጠበቀ ግንኙነት ለመመስረት ጥሩ አጋጣሚን የሚፈጥርዎ እደል ነዉ፡፡ ስለሆነም የሚከተሉትን ሰባት ነጥቦች/ምክሮች ጨቅላ ህፃንዎን ለመመገብ ይረዳዎ ይችላል፡፡

1. የጡት ወተት ወይም የቆርቆሮ ወተት ብቻ መጠቀም፡-

 ብዙዉን ጊዜ ለህፃናት እድገት የሚመከረዉና የሚመረጠዉ የእናት ጡት ነዉ፡፡ ጡትዎን እንዳያጠቡ የሚያስገድድዎ ነገር ካለ/ጡት ማጥባት የማይችሉ ከሆነ ግን የቆርቆሮ ወተቶችን (ፎርሙላ ወተትን) መጠቀም ይቻላል፡፡ ጤናማ ህፃናት እስከ 6 ወር ድረስ ዉሃ፣ ጭማቂም ይሁን ሌላ ፈሳሾችም ቢሆን አያስፈልጋቸዉም፡፡ (ጡትና ጡት ብቻ እንዲወስዱ ይመከራል፡፡)

 2. አዲስ የተወለደ ልጅዎን በሚፈልግበት ሰዓት መመገብ፡-

 አዲስ የተወለደ ልጅዎ በቀን ከስምንት እስከ አስራ ሁለት ጊዜ መመገብ ይገበዋል፡፡ ይህ ማለት በየሁለትና ሶስት ሰዓት ልዩነት መመገብ ያስፈልጋል ማለት ነዉ፡፡ ህፃኑ ምግብ ሲፈልግ/ሲራብ የመወራጨት፣ መጥባት ምልክቶችንና ከንፈሮቹን ማንቀሳቀስ ይጀምራል፡፡ እነዚህን አይተዉ ካላጠቡት/ካልመገቡት ማልቀስ ይጀምራል፡፡ ልጅዎ መጥባቱን ካቆመ ወይም አፉን ከዘጋ አልያም ፊቱን ከጡት ወይም ጡጦ ላይ ካዞረ የመጥገብ ምልክት ሊሆን ይችላል ወይም እረፍት እየወሰደ ሊሆን ይችላል፡፡ ስለሆነም ጡትዎንም ይሁን ጡጦ ከመስጠትዎ በፊት ትንሽ ጊዜ ይጠብቁ፡፡

የልጅዎ እድሜ እየጨመረ ሲመጣ በትንሽ ሰዓት ዉስጥ ብዙ እየተመገበ ይመጣል፡፡

 3. ቫይታሚን ዲ መስጠት፡

 የጡት ወተት ለልጅዎ አጥንት ጥንካሬ የሚሰጡ እንደ ካልሲየምና ፎስፈረስ ያሉ ማዕድናቶች ከልጅዎ አንጀት እንዲመጠጥ የሚያደረገዉን ቫይታሚን ዲ በበቂ መጠን ስለሌለዉ የህክምና ባለሙያዎን በማነጋገር ተጨማሪ ቫይታሚን ዲ (ሰፕልመንት) እንዲሰጠዉ መጠየቅ:: ለልጆች ሌላ የቫይታሚን ዲ ማግኛ አማራጭ የቫይታሚን ዲ ምንጭ ከሆኑት ነገሮች አንዱ የሆነዉ የፀሃይ ብርሃን ሲሆን ብዙ ሰዎች የፀሃይ ብርሃን በመሞቅ ብቻ የተወሰነ የቫይታሚን ዲ ፍላጎታቸዉን ሊያሟሉ ይችላሉ፡፡ እርስዎም ልጅዎን ቫይታሚን ዲ ለልጅዎ መስጠት ካልቻሉ እንደአማራጭ ሁልጊዜ የፀሀይ ብርሃን ማሞቅ ያስፈልጋል፡፡ ስለሆነም በየቀኑ የጠዋት የፀሃይ ብርሃን ሙሉ ሰዉነቱን ከሆነ ከ10-15 ደቂቃዎች ማሞቅ የሚያስፈልግ ሲሆን ጭንቅላቱን፣ እጅና እግሮቹን ብቻ የሚያሞቁት ከሆነ ደግሞ ለ30 ደቂቃዎች ያህል ማሞቅ ያስፈልጋል፡፡

4. አዲስ የተወለደ ልጅዎ የአመጋገብ ስርዓቱ/ሂደት ሊለያይ እንደሚችል መገመት

አዲስ የተወለደ ልጅዎ በየቀኑ የግድ አንድ አይነት መጠን ያለሙ አመጋገብ ላይኖረዉ ይችላል፡፡ እድገቱ በፍጥነት በሚሆን ወቅት ለምሳሌ ከተወለደ በ2ኛና በ3ኛዉ ሳምንት እንዲሁም 6ኛ ሳምንቱ አካባቢ በአንድ ጊዜ ብዙ ሊመገብና እንዲሁም ቶሎ ቶሎ ሊርበዉ ስለሚችል ከላይ የተጠቀሰዉን የሰዓት ገደብ ሳይጠብቁ በቶሎ የልጅዎን የረሃብ ስሜት ምልክቶች በመረዳት መመገብ ያስፈልጋል፡፡

5. ዉስጥዎን/ደመ ነፍስዎንና ልጅዎን ማመን

 ልጅዎ በቂዉን ያህል አልተመገበም ብለሁ ሊጨነቁ ይችላሉ፡፡ ነገርግን ልጅዎ ምን ያህል እንደሚያስፈልገዉ እራሱ ያዉቃል፡፡ ልጁ ምን ያህልና በምን ያህል ልዩነት ተመገበ ላይ ሳይሆን በሚከተሉት ነገሮች ላይ ባይበልጥ ትኩረት ማድረግ

• ቐሚ/ተከታታይነት ያለዉ ክብደት መጨመሩን
• በአመጋገቡ መካከል እርካታ/ምቾት መኖሩን
ልጅዎ ክብደት እየጨመረ የማይመጣ ከሆነና የመመገብ ፍላጎት ከሌለዉ የህክምና ባለሙያዎን ያማክሩ፡፡

 6. እያንዳንዱን የመመገቢያ ጊዜ ከልጅዎ ጋር የጠበቀ ግንኙነት/ትስስር( bond) የሚፈትሩበት ጊዜ አድርጎ መዉሰድ

 በሚመግቡበት ወቅት ልጅዎን ወደራስዎ/ሰዉነትዎ አስጠግቶ መያዝ፤ የልጅዎን እይን አይኑን ማየት፤ በቀስታ ከልጅዎ ጋር ማዉራት እንዲሁም እያንዳንዱን የመመገቢያ ወቅት የልጅዎን የደህንነት ስሜት( sense of security )፣ አመኔታና( trust) ምቾት እንዲሰማዉ ለማጎልበት አጋጣሚዉን ሊፈጥርልዎ ይችላል፡፡

 7. እርዳት መቼ እንደሚያስፈልግዎ ማወቅ/መረዳት

 ለምሳሌ ጡት በማጥባት ወቅት ችግር ከገጠመዎ፤ ጡት በሚያጠቡበት ወቅት ህመም ካለዉ ወይም ልጅዎ ክብደት የማይጨምር ከሆነ የህክምና ባለሙያዎን ማማከር ያስፈልጋል፡፡
