የድካም ስሜት እንዲሰማን የሚያደርጉ ምክንያቶች

ድካምና የመጫጫን ስሜት በአጋጣሚ ሊከሰት ቢችልም ሲደጋገም ችግር ሊሆን እንደሚችል ይነገራል።

የህክምና ባለሙያዎችም ለዚህ ችግር የሚዳርጉ ምክንያቶችን እንደሚከተለው ዘርዝረዋል፦

የእንቅልፍ እጦት፦ እንቅልፍ ማጣት ጥቂት ሰዓት በመተኛት አይገለጽም፤ ከዚያ ይልቅ አሁንም አሁንም እየነቁ የተቆራረጠ የእንቅልፍ ሰዓት ማሳለፍንም ያከተተ ነው።

በተቻለ መጠን በቀን ውስጥ ከ6 እስከ 8 ሰዓት ለመተኛት መሞከር እንዲሁም የመኝታ ሰዓታችንን ከሚያስተጓጉሉ ልማዶች መቆጠብ፤ የመኝታ ሰዓታችንን ተመሳሳይ ማድረግ።

በመኝታ ሰዓት አነቃቂ ነገሮችን አለመጠቀምና ከኤሌክትሮኒክስ መሳሪያዎች በዚህ ሰዓት መገለል መልካም ነው።

በሰውነት ውስጥ የአይረን ማነስ፦ አይረን (የብረት መጠን) ወደ ሰውነት በሚገባው የኦክስጅን መጠን ላይ ተፅዕኖ ይፈጥራል።

ደም ማነስና ከወትሮው በተለየ መልኩ የቆዳ መንጣትና ቆዳ ላይ የሚታዩ ምልክቶች ለዚህ ማሳያዎች ሲሆን፥ ለድካም ስሜት ከሚዳርጉን ምክንያቶች ውስጥም አንዱ እንደሆነ ይነገራል።

ለዚህ ደግሞ የአይረን (ብረት) ይዞታቸው ከፍ ያሉ ምግቦችን መመገብ፤ ዶሮና የዶሮ ተዋጽኦ፣ ጮማ የሌለው ቀይ ስጋ፣ ነጭ ቦሎቄ፣ ቆስጣ፣ ምስር እና የቅባት እህሎችን መመገብ።

የቫይታሚን ቢ 12 እጥረት፦ የዚህ ቫይታሚን እጥረትም ሌላው ከፍተኛ ድካም እንዲሰማን የሚያደርግ ምክንያት ነው።

ለዚህ ደግሞ አሳ፣ ዶሮና የዶሮ ተዋጽኦ፣ ስጋ፣ ወተት እንዲሁም የህክምና ባለሙያ በማማከር ቫይታሚን ቢ 12 በህክምና ተቋም መውሰድ ይመከራክል።

የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ አለማድረግ፦ በበዛ መልኩ እንቅስቃሴ አለማድረግና ያለ እንቅስቃሴ ቁጭ ብሎ ብዙ ጊዜን ማሳለፍ ለከፍተኛ ድካም ይዳርጋል።

ሰውነት እንቅስቃሴ ያስፈልገዋል ይህን አለማድረግ ግን ለከፍተኛ ድካም ይዳርጋል፤ በተቻለ መጠን ከእንቅስቃሴ አለመራቅና ፕሮግራም አውጥቶ ስፖርታዊ እንቅስቃሴዎችን መተግበር ይገባል።

ከቻለም በቀን ለግማሽ ሰዓት ያክል ለስድስት ቀናት የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴን መስራት ይመከራል።

የሆርሞን ማነስ፦ በወንዶች በኩል ቴስቴስትሮን ሲያንስ ድካም ያስከትላል፤ ከዚህ ባለፈ ደግሞ የኮርቲሶል ሆርሞን እጥረት በሁለቱም ጾታዎች ላይ የድካም መንስኤ ይሆናል።

በሴቶች ደግሞ ኢስትሮጅን መጠን መብዛትና የፕሮጅስትሮን ማነስ ለዚህ ይዳርጋል፤ የህክምና ባለሙያን ማማከር ደግሞ እንደ መፍትሄ ሃሳብ የቀረበ ነው።

የጤንነት ሁኔታ፦ ድካም በበዛ መልኩ ሲከሰት ምናልባትም አይነት 2 የስኳር ህመም ተጠቂ መሆናችንን አመላካች ሊሆንም እንደሚችልም ነው ባለሙያዎች የሚናገሩት።

ከድካሙ ባሻገር አሁንም አሁንም ቶሎ ቶሎ መሽናት እና የውሃ ጥም የሚስተዋልብን ከሆነ ለዚህ ችግር መጋለጣችንን አመላካች ነው።

ከዚህ ባለፈም ከፍተኛ የርሃብ ስሜት፣ ብዥ ያለ እይታ እና ደረቅ ቆዳ ሌሎች ምልክቶች መሆናቸውን የህክምና ባለሙያዎች ይናገራሉ።

ከዚህ ስሜት ባሻገር ግን ይህ የድካም ስሜት ወቅታዊ ሊሆን ይችላል ይላሉ የህክምና ባለሙያዎች።

አንዳንድ ሰዎች በበጋ ወቅት፣ ሌሎቹ ደግሞ በክረምት ሌላውም እንደዛው በተለያዩ ወቅቶች ከወቅት መቀያየር ጋር የተያያዘ የጤና መታወክ ሊኖር ስለሚችል አጋጣሚውን መለየትና በዚያ ወቅት የሚያስፈልጉ መከላከያዎችን በሃኪም ትዕዛዝ መጠቀም።
