* ፓፓያ በሆድ ውስጥ የሚገኙ ትላትሎችን ለማጥፋት እና
የጨጓራን አሲድነት ይቀንሳል፡፡

* የፓፓያ ጁስ መጠጣትን ልምድ ማድረግ በአንጀት ውስጥ
የሚፈጠርን ኢንፌክሽን እና ጎጂ ፈሳሽ ጠርጎ ያወጣል፡፡

* ፓፓያ ዝቅተኛ የካሎሪ እና ከፍተኛ የጠቃሚ ምግብ ይዘት
ስላለው በውፍረት መቀነስ ሂደት ውስጥ ላሉ ሰዎች
አስተዋጽዖው የላቀ ነው፡፡

* ፓፓያ የጸረ ካንሰር እና የሰውነት መቆጣትን የሚቀንስ ባህሪ
አለው፡፡ ይህ የሰውነት መቆጣትን የሚቀንስ ባህሪ
በማንኛውም የሰውነታችን መገጣጠሚያ ላይ ለሚደርስ

ምርቶችን መጠቀም ይመረጣል፡፡

* ፓፓያ በውስጡ ፕሮቲዮላይቲክ የተባለ ኢንዛይም ምንጭ
ሲሆን ካለ እድሜ የሚመጣን የቆዳ መሸብሸብን
ይከላከላል፡፡

* ፓፔን የተባለ ኢንዛይም የምግብ
መፈጨት ሂደትን በማገዝ ብሎም የአንጀት ካንሰር የመከሰት
እድልን ይቀንሳል፡፡

* ፓፓያ አርጀኒን የተባለን ንጥረ ነገር ሲኖረው ይህም የወንድ
ልጅን መሀንነት ይከላከላል፡፡

* ፓፓያ በቫይታሚን ኤ’ ሲ እና ኢ የበለጸገ በመሆኑ
የኮሌስትሮል መጠንን ለመቀነስ በተጨማሪም የልብ ህመምን ይከላከላል፡፡
