‘‘ፓርክኢንሰን’’ የተባለውን የአዕምሮ በሽታ መንስኤ የሆነው ስይኑክሌይም ፕሮቲን ትርፍ አንጀት ውስጥ ተገኘ

‘‘ፓርክኢንሰን’’ የተባለውን የአዕምሮ በሽታ መንስኤ የሆነው ስይኑክሌይም ፕሮቲን ትርፍ አንጀት ውስጥ መገኘቱን አንድ ጥናት አመላክቷል።

በጥናቱ እንደተመላከተውም ትርፍ አንጀታቸው በቀዶ ህክምና የተወገዱ ሰዎች በዚሁ በሽታ የመያዘቸው መጠን 20 በመቶ ቀንሷል።

በሽታው የአዕምሮ ነርቦችን በማጥቃት እንቅስቃሴ፣ ማስታወስ፣ ስሜት እና ትኩረት ላይ ችግር የሚፈጥር ሲሆን፥ በህክምና የማይድን መሆኑም ነው የተገለጸው።

የብሪታኒያው ‘‘ፓርክኢንሰንስ’’ ‘ማዕከል የአዕምሮ ነርብን የሚያጠቃው ፕሮቲን ከአዕምሮ ውጭ የሚመረት ስለመሆኑ በዚሁ ጥናት አረጋግጧል።

ከተለያዩ የጤና ጉድለቶች ጋር በተያያዘ የትርፍ አንጀት እና የምግብ ባንቧ ቀዶ ህክምና የተደረገላቸው ሰዎች ላይ ለበሽታው መንስኤ የሆነው አልፋ ስይኑችሌይም ቀንሶ ታይቷል።

‘‘የፓርክኢንሰንስ’’ ህሙማን አዕምሮ ውስጥ የተገኘው አልፋ ስይኑክሌይም የተባለው ፕሮቲን በትርፍ አንጀት ውስጥ የሚገኝ መሆኑም ተነግራል።

ለበሽታው መንስኤ የሆነው አልፋ ‘‘ስይኑክሌይም’’ በትርፍ አንጀት ውስጥ መገኘትም በምግብ ቧንቧዎች በመራባት ወደ አዕምሮ ለመግባት እንደሚችል ተመራማሪዎቹ አመላክተዋል።

በጥናቱም አብዛኛው የሰው ልጅ ትርፍ አንጀት ውሰጥም ‘‘ስይኑክሌይም’’ የተባለው ፕሮቲን መገኘቱ የተገለጸ ሲሆን፥ በይዘቱ እና በመዋቅሩ በበሽተኞች አዕምሮ ውስጥ ውስጥ ከተገኘው ‘‘ስይኑችሌይም’’ የተለየ መሆኑን ነው ዘገባው የሚያመላክተው።

ጥናቱ የበሽታውን መንስኤ ለመለየት እና የህክምና አማራጭ ለማፈላለግ መነሻ ሲሆን፥ በዘርፉ ላይ ተጨማሪ ጥናቶችን ለማካሄድ በር ከፍቷል ተብሏል።

ከዚሁ ጉዳይ ጋር በተያያዘም ትርፍ አንጀትን ማስወገዱ ተገቢነት የሌለው መሆኑን ተመራማሪዎች አስረድተዋል።
