3. ለህመም ማስታገሻ ተብለው የሚወሰድ መድሀኒቶችን አለመውሰድ።
ማንኛውንም መድሀኒት በተለይ ለህመም ማስታገሻ የሚወሰድ መድሀኒቶች ያለ ሀኪም ትእዛዝ መወሰድ የለበትም:: ከሁሉም በላይ ደግሞ በመጀመሪያዎቹ 16 ሳምንታት የእርግዝና ወቅት ምክንያቱም በዚህ ወቅት የህፃኑ የሰውነት ክፍል የሚፈጠርበት ግዜ ስለሆነ ፅንሱ ላይ ጉዳት ያደርሳል።.
4. በእርግዝና ግዜ የአተኛኘት ሁኔታ
በእርግዝና ወቅት መተኛት ያለበት በግራ ጎናችን ሲሆን በግራ ጎናችን መተኛታችን ወደ ፕላሴንታ ወይም ወደ ፅንሱ የሚሄደውን ምግብ እና የደም ዝውውርን እንዲጨምር ያደርጋል።
5• በእርግዝና ወቅት ያልበሰሉ ምግቦችን ከመመገብ መቆጠብ በተጨማሪም አናናስና ያልበሰለ ፓፓያ ከመመገብ መቆጠብ እጅጉን ያስፈልጋል::
