ጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎችን በህክምና መታደግ

መኮንን ገብረመድህን ጅግጅጋ ይኖር ነበር። በጅግጅጋ የተቀሰቀሰው አለመረጋጋት ግን ቤት ንብረቱን ጥሎ ወደ አዲስ አበባ እንዲሸሽ አስገድዶታል። አዲስ አበባ መስቀል አደባባይ አካባቢ ጎዳና ላይ ከወደቀ ስድስት ቀናት ተቆጥረዋል።

መኮንን ለሁለት ዓመት ያህል አይኑን ይጋርደው ነበር። ለጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች ነጻ ህክምና እንደሚሰጥ ሲሰማ እድሉን ለመጠቀም ህክምናው ወደሚሰጥበት ቦታ አቀና።

“ስለ ጤና ችግሬ ስነግራቸው ካርድ አወጡልኝና ጳውሎስ፣ ራስ ደስታ ወይም ሚኒሊክ ሄደህ በነጻ መታከም ትችላለህ አሉኝ” ይላል።

ይህ ለመኮንን መልካም ዜና ነው። የጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎችን ህይወት ፈታኝ ከሚያደርጉ እውነታዎች አንዱ የህክምና አገልግሎት ለማግኘት አለመቻላቸው ሲሆን፤ ይህንን ከግምት በማስገባት ነሀሴ 16፣ 2010 ዓ. ም. መስቀል አደባባይ አካባቢ ነጻ የህክምና አገልግሎት ተሰጥቷል።

የህክምና አገልግሎት የመስጠት ሀሳቡ ጠንሳሾች ‘ዘመን’ የተሰኘው የቴሌቭዥን ተከታታይ ድራማ አዘጋጆችና ተዋንያን እንዲሁም የጤና ጥበቃ ሚንስትር ናቸው።

የ’ዘመን’ ድራማ ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተር ደረጀ አርአያን ያገኘነው የጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች ህክምናውን እንዲያገኙ ቅስቀሳ በማድረግ ህክምናው ወደሚሰጥበት ቦታ ሲወስድ ነበር።

በየአካባቢው የሚገኙ የጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች ህክምናው ወደሚሰጥበት ቦታ ሄደው የህክምና ካርድ እንዲያገኙ ማሳመን ቀላል እንዳልነበርም ተገልጿል።

አዲስ አበባ ውስጥ ለሚኖሩ የጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች 1000 የህከምና ካርዶች ተዘጋጅተዋል።

በካርዱ ነጻ ህክምና ከማግኘታቸው በተጨማሪ መድሀኒትም በነጻ ይሰጣቸዋል።

ሀምሌ 16 የነበረው ነጻ የህክምና አገልግሎት ውስጥ ሴተኛ አዳሪዎችም ተካተው ነበር። እስከ እኩለ ለሊት ድረስ በተንቀሳቃሽ መኪና ባሉበት ቦታ ሆነው ህክምና እንዲያገኙ ተደርጓል።

ደረጀና የተቀሩት የድራማው አዘጋጆችና ተዋንያን በጤናው ዘርፍ በጎ አገልግሎት መስጠት የጀመሩት ሀምሌ 16፣ 2010 ዓ. ም. ነበር።

ሰኔ 16 መስቀል አደባባይ የደረሰውን የቦንብ ፍንዳታ ተከትሎ ተጎጂዎችንና ሌሎችም ህሙማንን በመጠየቅ፣ ሆስፒታሎችን በማጽዳት የበኩላቸው አስተዋጽኦ አበርክተዋል።

ይህንን ባደረጉበት በወሩ ለጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች የነጻ ህክምና በመስጠት ተሳትፎ አድርገዋል።

“የበጎ ፍቃድ አገልግሎት እንዲለመድ እንፈልጋለን፤ ስለዚህ በየወሩ 16ኛው ቀን ላይ በተለያየ ዘርፍ አገልግሎት እንሰጣለን” ይላል።

በሚቀጥለው ወር ከግብረ ሰናይ ድርጅቶች ጋር በመተባበር ለጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች የሚሆን ገንዘብ የሚሰባሰብበት የእራት መርሀ ግብር ለማዘጋጀት አስበዋል። በቀጣይ ወራት የትራፊክ አደጋን በመቀነስና በሌላም መንገድ እንደሚሳተፉ ተናግሯል።

ለጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎቹ ህክምና ስትሰጥ ያገኘናት ዶክተር ማህሌት ብርሀኑ የጳውሎስ ሆስፒታል ሰራተኛ ናት።

በመስቀል አደባባይ አስር ሀኪሞችን ጨምሮ፣ ነርሶች፣ የላብራቶሪ ቴክኒሺያኖች መገኘታቸውን ትናገራለች። ተንቀሳቃሽ አንቡላንስም በቦታው ተገኝቷል።

የመጀመሪያ ህክምና እርዳታ ከመስጠት ባሻገር ተጨማሪ ህክምና ለሚያስፈልጋቸው ሪፈር ጽፈዋል።

ጳውሎስ፣ ጴጥሮስ፣ ሚኒሊክ፣ አለርትና የካቲት 12 የጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎቹ በነጻ ህክምና ማግኘት ከሚችሉባቸው ሆስፒታሎች መካከል ይጠቀሳሉ።

ዶክተር ማህሌት እንደምትለው፤ የጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች የጤና እክል ሲገጥማቸው ወደ ህክምና መስጫ ሄደው በነጻ መታከም እንደሚችሉ ግንዛቤ ማስጨበጥ ከግቦቻቸው አንዱ ነው።

እሷ ህክምና ከሰጠቻቸው መካከል ለዓመታት ህክምና ያላገኙ ግለሰቦች ይገኙበታል።

“መታከም ብዙ ወጪ ይጠይቃል። መድሀኒትም ውድ ነው ብለው በማሰብ ህመማቸውን ችለው የሚኖሩ ብዙ ናቸው። የነጻ ህክምና ካርድ ካላቸው ግን በማንኛውም ሰአት መታከም ይችላሉ” ትላለች።

“የዋስትና ካርድ” ብላ የምትጠራውን የነጻ ህክምና ካርድ የያዙ የጎዳና ተዳዳሪዎች ድንገተኛ አደጋ ሲገጥማቸውም በቀላሉ ህክምና ማግኘት ይችላሉ።
