ያለ ስኳር ጥሩና መልካም ስሜትን ሊፈጥር የሚችል ሻይ መጠጣት እንደሚቻል አንድ ጥናት ይፋ አደረገ፡፡

ጥናቱ ከሻይ ሊገኝ  የሚችለውን መልካም ስሜት ያለስኳር ማግኘት እንደሚቻል ያመለከተ ሲሆን በረጅም ጊዜ የባህሪ ለውጥን ማምጣት እንደሚቻል ነው ይፋ የተደረገው፡፡

ተመራማሪዎቹ  በሻይ ውስጥ የምንጠቀመውን ስኳር በአንድ ጊዜ ማቆም አልያም በጊዜ ሂደት  እየቀነሱ መሄድ  የስኳር ፍጆታችን ለመቀነስ ውጤታማ መንገዶች መሆናቸውን ነው ያስታወቁት፡፡

ነገር ግን ተመራማሪዎች ይህን በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ ለማረጋገጥ ሌሎች ከፍ ያሉ ምርምሮች እንደሚያስፈልጉ ተናግረዋል፡፡

በዚህ የምርምር ስራ 64 የሚሆኑ ሰዎች የተሳተፉ ሲሆን ለአንድ ወር በቆየው ጥናት በሁለት ቡድን ተከፍለው በጥናቱ ተሳትፈዋል፡፡

በአንደኛው ቡድን ስኳር ከሻይ ላይ በሂደት እየቀነሱ የሄዱ  ሲሆን በሌላኛው ቡድን ደግሞ ስኳርን ከሻይ ጋር መጠቀማቸውን የቀጠሉ ናቸው፡፡

በውጤቱም ስኳርን ከሚጠቀሙት ሻይ ላይ በሂደት  ያስወገዱት ተሳታፊዎች ያለ ስኳር ጥሩ ሻይን ማጣጣም እንደቀጠሉ መሆናቸው ነው የተነገረው፡፡

ጥናቱ ሰዎች በሚጠጡት ሻይ ላይ የሚገኘን የስኳር መጠን መቀነሳቸው የሻይውን ቃና እንደማይቀይረው እና በሂደት የረጅም ጊዜ የባህሪ ለውጥ ማምጣት እንደሚቻል ነው አስፍሯል፡፡

በጥናቱ ከተሳተፉ ሰዎች መካከል ስኳርን ከሻይ ላይ  42 በመቶዎቹ በሂደት መቀነስ የቻሉ ሲሆን 36 በመቶ ደግሞ በአንድ ጊዜ ስኳር የመጠቀም ልማዳቸውን ማስቀረት የቻሉ ናቸው ተብሏል፡፡
