ይህ የተመራማሪዎች ቡድን ባደረገው ጥናት የአስር ደቂቃ እንቅስቃሴ ማድረግ አይደለም ለሰው ልጆች የአይጦችን የማስታወስ ችሎታ እንደሚጨምረው ጠቁሟል።

የሙከራውን ውጤታማነት ለማረጋገጥ በጥናቱ የተሳተፉት 36 በጎ ፈቃደኞች የማስታወስ ችሎታቸው ቀድሞ ለማወቅ ከጥናቱ በፊት እንዲፈተሽ ተደርጓል።

በጎ ፈቃደኞቹ 186 አይነት እቃዎች፣ ፍራፍሬዎችን እና ሌሎች መገልገያዎችን ምስል እንዲመለከቱ የተደረገ ሲሆን፤ ቀጥሎም ተጨማሪ 256 ምስሎችን እንዲመለከቱ ተደርገው ምን ያህሉን እንደሚያስተውሱ ተፈትሸዋል።

በሚያስገርም ሁኔታ ለአስር ደቂቃ የአካል ብቃት እንቅስቃሴ ያደረጉት የጥናቱ ተሳታፊዎች እንቅስቃሴ ካላደረጉት በተሻለ የተመለከቷቸውን ምስሎች ማስታወስ ችለዋል።

ምንም እንኳን የአካል ብቃት እነቅስቃሴ ብዙ ጥቅሞች እንዳሉት ቢታወቅም አዲሱ የምርምር ውጤት ግን ቢያንስ ለአስር ደቂቃ እንቅሳቄ የማድረግ አስገራሚ ጥቅሞችን ያብራራ ነው።
