ልጆችዎ ጤናማ ሆነው ያድጉ ዘንድ ይሻሉ? ኧረ ምን በወጣኝ እንዳማይሉ ሙሉ እምነት አለን። በተለይ ልጆች ጤናማ ሆነው ያድጉ ዘንድ ፍራፍሬን የመሰለ ነገር የለም ይላሉ የሥነ-ምግብ ባለሙያዎች።
ልጆች በባሕሪያቸው ያልመዷቸውን ምግቦች ወደአፋቸው ማስጠጋት እንኳን አይፈልጉም፤ ባለሙያዎቹ ማሙሽ ወይም ሚሚ ጤናማ ምግቦችን ከመመገብ ቢያፈገፍጉ መላ አለና ማጣፊያው አይጠሮት ይላሉ።
ቀጣዮቹ አምስት መላዎች ሕፃናት ጤናማ ምግቦችን እንደመገቡ የሚያስችሉ ናቸው ተብለው በአዋቂዎቹ የተቀመጡ ናቸው።
1. 20 ጊዜ ይሞክሩ
ልጆችዎ አዲስ የሆነባቸውን ምግብ አልቀምስም ቢሉ በትንሽ በትንሹ ደጋግመው መሞክረዎን አያቁሙ።
ይመኑን ልጆችዎ እንዲመገቡ የሚሹትን ጤናማ ምግብ ቢያንስ ለ20 ቀናት ቆንጠር ቆንጠር እያደረጉ መመገብ ውጤቱ ሸጋ ይሆናል ተብሏል።
አንድ ጥናት እንዳመለከተው ልጆች በተደጋጋሚ ያንን ምግብ የሚያዩትና የሚቀምሱት ከሆነ ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየወደዱት ይመጣሉ።
2. ግማሽ በግማሽ
መቼም ልጆችዎ እርስዎን መስለው መውጣታቸው አይቀሬ መሆኑ የአደባባይ ምስጢር ነው።
«ልጆችዎ እንዲመገቡ የሚሹትን ምግብ አብረዋችው ይመገቡ። ከማሙሽ ወይም ከሚሚ ፊት ቁጭ ብለው ቢመገቡ ይመኑኝ ልጆችዎ ያንን ምግብ ባህል ያደርጉታል።»
«ለምሳሌ አንድ ካሮት አንስተው ለሁለት በመክፈል ‘አቤት ሲጣፍጥ’ በማለት ግማሹን በልተው ግማሹን ለልጅዎ ቢሰጡ የማሙሽና ሚሚ የመብላት ፍላጎት ይጨምራል።»
3. አይጫኗቸው
አንድን ምግብ ወደአፋቸው አላስጠጋ ብለው ልጆች ቢያስችግሩ ከ15 ደቂቃ በኋላ ወደማስፈራራት ቢገቡ አይፈረድብዎትም።
”ይኸውልህ ይህን ካሮት አትብላና ውጪ ወጥተህ ምትጫወት መስሎሃል” ብለው አቡቹን ቢያስፈሩርት የሚደንቅ አይደለም፤ ግን ይህ ነገርን ከማባባስ ውጭ ጥቅም የለውም።
ኧረ እንደውም ሁለተኛ ያንን ምግብ ማየት አይፈልጉም ሲሉ ባለሙያዎች አፅንዖት ይሰጣሉ።
እናማ ትንሽ ትዕግስት ቢጤ. . .ትንሽ ብቻ ሳይሆን ሞቅ ያለ ትዕግስት ያስፈልጋል ስንልዎ በታላቅ ትህትና ነው።
4. ድለላ
‘ዱላውን ወዲያ ካሮቱን ወዲህ’. . .ባለሙያዎቹ ናቸው የሚሉት።
ሐፃናት መንቆለጳጰስ መውደዳቸው ሳይታለም የተፈታ ነው። ጥናቱም የሚጠቁመው ሕፃናት አንድ ነገር እንዲያደርጉ በምላሹ ጉርሻ ይፈልጋሉ።
ታድያ ዶክተር ሌዌሊን እንደሚሉት ድለላው ልጆች አዲስ ነገር ስለሞከሩ እንደሽልማት ሊቀርብ ይገባል።
የሕፃናት ምግብ በማዘጋጀት የምትታወቀው እንግሊዛዊቷ አናቤል ካርሜል ለቢቢሲ ስትናገር ሌላኛው መላ ምግቡን ውብ አድርጎ ማቅረብ ነው።
5. ሽልማቱ ምን ይሁን
‘ሚሚዬ ይህችን ከበላሽ ኬክ እገዛልሻለሁ’. . .የሚሉት አይነት ማባበልን ‘ታጥቦ ጭቃ’ ይሉታል የዘርፉ ሰዎች።
ልጆች ጤናማ ምግብ እንዲበሉ አባብለው መጨረሻው ጤናማ ያልሆነ ከሆነ ለፍቶ መና ሆነ ማለት ነው።
ለዚህ ነው ሽልማትዎ ጤናማ ካልሆኑ ምግቦች የተጠበቀ ይሁን በማለት ባለሙያዎቹ ምክራቸውን የሚለግሱት።
