እርግዝና ምንድን ነው?

እርግዝና ልጅ የምንጠብቅበት ግዜ ነው፡፡በግብረስጋ ግንኙነት ግዜ የወንድ የዘር ፈሳሽ የሴቷ እንቁላል ውስጥ ዘልቆ በመግባት ፅንስ እንዲፈጠር ያደርጋል፡፡ይህ ፅንስ የሚፈጠረው በሴቷ የእንቁላል ትቦ(fallopian tube)ላይ ሲሆን ከዛ ወደ መሀፀን(uterus) ተጉዘው ከ37-42 ሳምንታት እድገታቸውን ይቀጥላሉ፡፡

በዚህ ወቅት ጤናማ እርግዝና የምንለው ከ37-42 ሳምንታት (9-10 ወር) የሚቆይ ሲሆን ለእናትየውም ሆነ ለሚወለደው ህፃን በጣም ወሳኝ ጊዜ ነው፡፡ማንኛዋም ነፍሰጡር እናት ነፍሰጡር መሆንዋን ካወቀችበት ጊዜ አንስቶ የቅድመ ወሊድ ህክምና ክትትል መጀመር ይጠበቅባታል፡፡

በእርግዝና ወቅት የሚደረግ የነፍሰጡር እናት የህክምና ክትትል እና እንክብካቤ የእናትየውንና የሚወለደውን ህፃን ጤና ለመከታተልና የተሻለ ለማድረግ ከማስቻሉም በላይ ከእርግዝና ጋር የተያያዙ የጤና ችግሮች እንዳይከሰቱ ና እንዲቀንሱ ይረዳል፡፡

-የጡት መደደር
-ማቅለሽ
-ድካም መሰማት
-የሽንት ቶሎ ቶሎ መምጣት
-የራስ ምታት
-የወገብ ህመም የመሳሰሉት ናቸው፡፡

የእርግዝና ወቅቶች የመጀመሪያዉ የእርግዝና ወቅት (First trimester) ፡-

የወር አበባ ከቀረ እስከ 13 ሳምንታት ሲሆን የእርግዝና ምልክቶች የሚታዩበት ጊዜ ነው፡፡የቅድመ ወሊድ ክትትል መጀመር የሚገባት ግዜ ነው፡፡

ሁለተኛዉ የእርግዝና ወቅት( second trimester)፡-

ይህ ከ14ኛዉ እስከ 26ኛዉ ሳምንት ያለዉ የእርግዝናዎ ወቅት ሲሆን በዚህ ጊዜ ከመጀመሪያዉ የእርግዝና ወቅት ይልቅ መልካም ጤንነት ስለሚሰማዎ እርግዝናዎን የሚያጣጥሙበት ወቅት ነዉ፡፡በተጨማሪም የልጃን እንቅስቃሴ የምታዳምጥበት ግዜ ነው፡፡

ሶስተኛዉ የእርግዝና ወቅት (Third Trimester)

– ይህ የመጨረሻዉ ወቅት ከ27ኛዉ እስከ መጨረሻው ሳምንታት ድረስ ያለዉ ሲሆን ለወሊድ መዘጋጃ ጊዜ ነው፡፡

በእርግዝና ወቅት ሊከሰቱ የሚችሉና ልዩ ጥንቃቄ ሊደረግባቸው የሚገባቸው ነገሮች፡-
-ከማህፀን የሚወጣ ደም ወይም ሌላ ፈሳሽ መኖር

-የፊት፤የእጅ እና የእግር ማበጥ
-ረጅም ግዜ የሚቆይ ራስ ምታት
-የአይን ብዥ ማለት
-የማይታገስ የሆድ ህመም እና የጀርባ ህመም
-የማያቋርጥ ማስመለስ
-ትኩሳትና ብርድ ብረድ ማለት
-የፅንስ እንቅስቃሴ ከወትሮው መቀነስ
-ሽንት ሲሸኑ ማቃጠል እና የሽንት መጠን መቀነስ

እነዚህ ምልክቶች በእርሶ ላይ ካጋጠመዎ በአፋጣኝ ወደ ህክምና ተቋም መሄድ ያስፈልጋል፡፡

በእርግዝና ወቅት መደረግና መወሰድ የሌለባቸው ነገሮች

-አልኮልና ትንባሆ
-ያለሀኪም ትእዛዝ የሚሰጡ መድሃኒቶች
-የበዛ ቡናና ሻይ
-ሰው ሰራሽ ማጣፈጫዎችና ቅመሞች(ሶዳ)
