በእግር ሽታ ምክንያት ሰው በተሰበሰበበት ጫማዎን ወይም ካልሲዎን ማውለቅ ይፈራሉ? የእግርዎ ጠረን ለራስዎ ጭምር ይረብሽዎታል?
በተለምዶ የእግር ሽታ በሚባለው በሽታ ተጠቂ ይሆናሉ። በሽታው በሰው ፊት ለሃፍረት ያሚያጋልጠን በሽታ ነው።
ይህ በሽታ ብዙ ግዜ የሚፈጠረው እግርዎን ሲያልብዎት ነው። ካልሲ እና ጫማዎ የሚተነውን ላብ እንዳይወጣ ሲያግደው
ሽታ ይፈጠራል። በእግራችን ቆዳ የሚገኙ ባክቴሪያዎች በላባችን ላይ በመመገብ ሲያድጉ ሽታው እየጨመረ ይሄዳል።
ለምንድን ነው እግራችን የሚሸተው?
• ማንኛውም ሰው በማንኛውም ግዜ በእግር ሽታ በሽታ ሊጠቃ ይችላል። ወቅቱ ሞቃት መሆን የለበትም። ቢሆንም በሽታው
በእርጉዝ ሴቶች እና ታዳጊዎች ላይ ይስተዋላል። በነዚህ ወቅቶች ሰውነታችን የሆርሞን ለውጥ የሚያካሂድ በመሆኑ
ለበሽታው የበለጠ እንጋለጣለን።
• በእግሩ ረጅም ሰአት የሚቆም ወይም የሚጨነቅ ሰው የበለጠ ስለሚያልብ ለበሽታው ተጋላጭ ይሆናል።
• የበለጠ እንድናልብ የሚያደርጉ ጫማዎች እና ካልሲዎች አሉ። እንሱን አድርገን ለረጅም ሰአት ስንቆይ ለሽታ
እንጋለጣለን። ላባችን ላይ የሚያድጉት ባክቴሪያዎች ላባችን ላይ የሚገኝ ሊውሲን የተባለ ንጥረ ነገር ላይ ተመግበው
አይሶቫሌሪክ አሲድ ያመነጫሉ። ይህ አሲድ ነው ጠረን የሚፈጥረው። እንደባክቴሪያው አይነት ጠረኑ ይበረታል።
• ሃይፐርሃይድሮሲስ የሚባል በሽታ ካለን የበለጠ ላብ ስለምናልብ ለበሽታው ይበልጥ እንጋለጣለን።
• የሰውነታችንን ንጽህና የማንጠብቅ ከሆነም እንታመማለን። እግራቸውን በየግዜው የማይታጠቡ ወይም ካልሲ የማይቀያይሩ ሰዎች በእግራቸው ላይ ለባክቴሪያው ምቹ መኖርያ ይፈጥራሉ።
በሽታውን ለማጥፋት በቤት ውስጥ ማድረግ የምንችላቸው በርካታ ነገሮች አሉ። የተወሰኑት እነሆ።
1) እርሾ
እርሾ ወይም ሶድየም ባይካርቦኔት ለእግር ሽታ ፍቱን መድሃኒት ነው። በላባችን ውስጥ የሚገኘውን የኬሚካል ንጥረ ነገር በመቀየር ባክቴርያ እንዳይበራከት ያደርጋል።
ሙቅ ውሃ ውስጥ እርሾውን ከጨመርን በኋላ እግራችንን ከ15-20 ደቂቃ ውሃ ውስጥ መጨመር። ለአንድ ሳምንት እንዲህ
እያደረግን መቆየት አለብን። ካልሆነም ጫማ ከማድረጋችን በፊት ጫማና ካልሲያችን ውስጥ እርሾ በትንሹ ጣል ማድረግ
እንችላለን።
2) ላቫንደር ዘይት
ላቫንደር ዘይት ጥሩ ሽታ ከመኖሩም በላይ በባክቴሪያ ገዳይነቱ ይታወቃል። በጸረ ኦክሲዳንት እና ጸረ ፈንገስ ባህሪው ይታወቃል።
እግራችንን ዘይቱ ጠብ የተደረገበት ሙቅ ውሃ ውስጥ በመጨመር በሽታውን ማስወገድ እንችላለን። ከ15-20 ደቂቃ እግራችንን መዘፍዘፍ ይኖርብናል። በቀን ሁለቴ ማድረግ ያስፈልጋል።
3) አቸቶ
አቸቶ አሲዲክ ይዘት ስላለው ባክቴሪያዎች እንዳይራቡ ያደርጋል። የትኛውም አይነት አቸቶ ያገለግላል።
አንድ ግማሽ ብርጭቆ አቸቶ እና 8 ብርጭቆ ሙቅ ውሃ በማቀላቀል እግራችንን ከ10-15 ደቂቃ መዘፍዘፍ በቂ ነው። በመጨረሻም የአቸቶውን ጠረን ለማጥፋት እግራችንን በሳሙና መታጠብ እንችላለን።
4) የዝግባ እንጨት ዘይት
የዝግባ እንጨት ዘይት ከሚያውድ ጠረኑ በተጨማሪ ጸረ ባክቴሪያ እና ጸረ ፈንገስ ይዘት ያለው ዘይት ነው። የእግር ሽታን ለመከላከል ፍቱን መድሃኒት ነው።
እሱን ወይም የኮኮናት ዘይት ተጠቅሞ የእግር ባክቴሪያ መግደል ይቻላል። ቆዳም ለማለስለስ ይረዳል።
ዘይቱን በእግራችን ላይ ለተወሰኑ ደቂቃዎች ካሸን በኋላ ካልሲ አድርገን መንቀሳቀስ እንችላለን። ለአንድ ሳምነት በቀን አንዴ ማድረግ ያስፈልጋል።
5) ቤቢ ፓውደር
ቤቢ ፓውደር ወይንም ታልከም ፓውደር ላባችንን መጦ እግራችንን በማድረቅ ከመጥፎ ጠረን ይከላከልልናል።
እግራችን ወይም ጫማሽን ውስጥ በትንሹ በቀን ሁለት ወይም ሶስት ግዜ በመርጨት መጥፎ ጠረን መከላከል እንችላለን።
6) ዝንጅብል
ዝንጅብል የባክቴሪያ እድገትን እና ጎጂ ንጥረ ነገሮችን በመከላከል ይታወቃል።
መካከለኛ ትልቀት ያለው ዝንጅብል ካደቀቅን በኋላ ከ10-15 ደቂቃ ሙቅ ዉሃ ውስጥ እንዘፈዝፋለን። ከዛም ዝንጅብሉን ከውሃው አጥልለን አውጥተን እግራችን ላይ እንቀባለን። ከመተኛችን በፊት ማድረጉ ይመከራል። ለሁለት ሳምንት መደጋገም ያስፈልጋል።
ቆሻሻ ወይም እርጥበት የያዘ ካልሲ ማድረግ የምንቀጥል ከሆን ግን እዚህ የተዘረዘሩት መፍትሄዎች አይበጁንም። በዚህ ሁኔታ ለተወሰነ ግዜ ማስታገሻ ብቻ ነው የሚሆኑት። የሚበጅዎትን መፍትሄ እስከሚያገኙ እየቀያየሩ መፍትሄዎቹን መሞከር ይችላሉ።
ሌላ የእግር ሽታ የምንከላከልባቸው ዘዴዎች
• በየቀኑ እግራችንን በሳሙና መታጠብ። ጭቃ እና የሞቱ ሴሎችን ለማስወገድ በደንብ መፈግፈግ ይኖርብናል።
• የእግር ጥፍራችንን በየግዜው መቆረጥ
• የታችኛው እግራችንን በመዳሰስ ጠንካራ ቦታዎችን መፈለግ። ጠንካራ ቦታ ማለት የሞቱ ሴሎች ያሉበት ነው። ለማስወገድ እግራችንን ጨው በተቀላቀለበት ሙቅ ውሃ ውስጥ መዘፍዘፍ ተገቢ ነው።
• በየግዜው ካልሲ መቀየር።
• ክፍተት ያላቸው ጫማዎችን ማዘውተር
ዶክተር ጋር መሄድ ያለብዎ
• እዚህ የተዘረዘሩት መፍትሄዎች ካልሰሩ ዶክተር ሊያየው የሚገባ የበለጠ ችግር እንዳለ ያመላክታል።
• እግርዎ ላይ ቁስል ወይም እብጠት ካለ
• የስኳር በሽተኛ ሁነው የእግር ሽታ ካመነጩ ዶክተር ማማከር ተገቢ ነው።
