በአንድ ጊዜ 40 ፑሽ አፕ የሚሰሩ ሰዎች በልብ ህመም የመያዝ ዕድላቸው ይቀንሳል

በአሜሪካ ዕድሜ ጠገብ ከሚባሉት ዩኒቨርስቲዎች ውስጥ የሚመደበው ሃርቫርድ ዩኒቨርስቲ ሰሞኑን ፑሽ አፕን የልብ ህመም ከመከላከል ጋር ያለውን ግንኙነት ይፋ አድርጓል።

ጥናቱ በአንድ ጊዜ 40 ፑሽ አፖችን የሚሰሩ ሰዎች ከልብ ህመም ጋር በተያያዙ በሽታዎች የመያዝ ዕድላቸው በእጅጉ እንደሚቀንስ ነው ያሳየው።

በጥናቱ ውስጥ ዕድሜያቸው ከ18 ዓመት በላይ የሆናቸው ጠቅላላ አማካይ ዕድሜያቸው ደግሞ 40 ዓመት የሚጠጋ ቁጥራቸው 1 ሺህ 104 ሰዎች ተሳትፈውበታል።

በአሜሪካዋ ኢንዲያና በሚገኙ የእሳት አደጋ ሰራተኞች ላይ የተሰራው ጥናት ለ10 ተከታታይ ዓመታት መከናወኑም ተጠቅሷል።

በግኝቱም በአንድ ጊዜ 40 ፑሽ አፕ የሚሰሩ ግለሰቦች በልብ ህመም የመያዝ ዕድላቸውን 96 በመቶ መቅረፍ እንደሚችሉ አሳይቷል።

እንዲሁም ከ10 በላይ የሚሰሩ ግለሰቦችም ቢሆኑ በህመሙ የመያዝ እድላቸው ይቀንሳል ተብሏል።

ተመራማሪዎች እንደገለጹት ከሆነ ከዚህ ቀደም ተመሳሳይ ጥናቶች ይፋ ያለመደረጋቸውን ጠቅሰዋል።

ግኝቱም ያለምንም ወጪ በቀላሉ ፑሽ አፕ በመስራት የልብ ህመምን መከላከል እንደሚቻል ያሳየ መሆኑንም ተናግረዋል።
