እየተገነቡ ካሉ የካንሰር ማዕከላት ውስጥ ሁለቱ በስድስት ወራት ውስጥ ወደ ስራ ይገባሉ

በአምስት ከተሞች በሚገኙ የዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮሌጆች ውስጥ እየተገነቡ ካሉ አምስት የካንሰር ማዕከላት መካከል ሁለቱ በስድስት ወራት ውስጥ ወደ ስራ እንደሚገቡ የጤና ጥበቃ ሚኒስቴር አስታወቀ።

በተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት ግምታዊ ስሌት መሰረት በኢትዮጵያ በየአመቱ 60 ሺህ የሚደርሱ አዲስ የካንሰር ህሙማን ይመዘገባሉ።

ከእነዚህ አዳዲስ ታማሚዎች ውስጥም የጡት ካንሰር 30 በመቶውን ሲይዝ፥ የማህጸን ካንሰር ደግሞ በ13 በመቶ ይከተላል።

የአንጀት እና የተለያዩ የካንሰር ህመም አይነቶች ደግሞ ሶስተኛውን ደረጃ ይይዛሉ።

እየተለወጠ በመጣው የኑሮ ዘይቤ እና ሌሎች ምክንያቶች አዳዲስ የህመሙ ተጠቂዎች እየጨመረ ቢመጣም፥ ህክምናውን ማግኘት ግን እጀግ አዳጋች እየሆነ ነው።

እስከ ቅርብ ጊዜ ድረስ ህክምናውን በብቸኝነት የሚሰጠው የጥቁር አንበሳ ሆስፒታል ብቻ ሲሆን፥ በዚህ ምክንያት ከተለያዩ የሃገሪቱ ክፍሎች የሚመጡ ታካሚዎች ለከፋ እንግልት ይጋለጣሉ።

ይህም ህመሙ ሊታከም በሚችልበት ደረጃ ላይ እንኳን ቢሆን፥ በሚኖረው የወረፋ ርዝመት የተነሳ ታካሚዎች ህመማቸው ወደ ማይድንበት ደረጃ ሊሸጋገርባቸው እና እስከ ሞትም ሊደርሱ ይችላሉ።

ይህን ዘርፈ ብዙ ችግር ለመቅረፍም በአምስት ከተሞች ማለትም በመቐለ፣ ሃዋሳ፣ ሃረማያ፣ ጅማ እና ጎንደር በሚገኙ የዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮሌጆች አምስት የካንሰር ማዕከላት ግንባታ እየተካሄደ ነው።

ይህን ተከትሎም ከአስር ወራት በፊት የማዕከላቱ ግንባታ እና ባለሙያዎችን የማዘጋጀቱ ሂደት እየተፋጠነ ስለመሆኑ እና ከአምስቱ ማዕከላትም የጅማ እና ሀረማያ ማዕከላት በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ወደ ስራ እንደሚገቡ ተነግሮ ነበር።

ይሁን እንጅ የግንባታቸው ወጪ በዩኒቨርሲቲዎቹ፣ መሳሪያቸው ደግሞ በጤና ጥበቃ ሚኒስቴር እንደሚሟላ ቢነገርም፥  የተባሉት ማዕከላቱ እስከ ዛሬ አልተጠናቀቁም።

የማዕከላቱን በተባለው ጊዜ ያለመጠናቀቅ ችግር መንስኤን ለማወቅ ከጤና ጥበቃ ሚኒስቴር መረጃ ለማግኘት የተደረገው ሙከራም አልተሳካም።

በሌላ በኩል የጅማ እና ሀረማያ የካንሰር ማዕከላት በስድስት ወር ውስጥ ቀሪዎቹ ደግሞ በአንድ አመት ውስጥ ወደ አገልግሎት እንደሚገቡ፥ በሚኒስቴሩ የካንሰር መከላከልና መቆጣጠር  አማካሪ ዶክተር ኩኑዝ አብደላ ተናግረዋል።

የጅማ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ ዶክተር ኢሳያስ ከበደ በበኩላቸው፥ ከጤና ጥበቃ ሚኒስቴር ለማዕከሉ የሚሆን መሳሪያ ከስምንት ወር በፊት መረከባቸውን ገልፀዋል።

አሁን ላይም የህንጻው ግንባታ በመጠናቀቁ የመሳሪያዎቹ ተከላ ሂደት በቀጣይ የሚከናወን መሆኑንም ነው የተናገሩት።

የጎንደር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ህክምና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶክተር ሲሳይ ይፍሩ በበኩላቸው፥ ግንባታውን የሚያካሂደው ተቋራጭ የውጭ ምንዛሪ በማጣቱ ምክንያት ለጨረራ ህክምና በሚሆን መልኩ እንዲሰራ በሚል ከጨረራ ባለስልጣን ሌላ ዲዛይን በመምጣቱ ምክንያት ግንባታው መዘግየቱን አስረድተዋል።

ግንባታው በተያዘው ወር ይጠናቀቃል ያሉት ዳይሬክተሩ፥ የመሳሪያ ርክክብ ግን እስካሁን አለመፈጸሙን ጠቅሰዋል።
