Social Anxiety Disorders – የማህበራዊ ቅልቅል ፍራቻ ችግር

ይህ የማህበራዊ ችግር /social anxiety disorders/ ይባላል፡፡ሁላችንም በማህበራዊ ሁኔታዎች ውስጥ የመረበሽ ስሜት ወይም አዲስ ሰው ሲመጣ መናገር ወይም በማያውቀው ሁኔታ ውስጥ መገኘት ለሁሉም ሰው አስደሳች አይደለም፤ ነገር ግን አብዛኛው ሰው ሊያልፍበት ይችላል፡፡ ሆኖም ግን, የማህበራዊ ችግር (social anxiety disorders) ያለባቸው ሰዎች ሌላው ሰው ከሚገጥመው የባሰ ይሆናል ፤ እነዚህ ሁኔታዎች የሚያጋጥሟቸው በጣም ብዙዎች ናቸው፡፡ ከሌሎች ሰዎች ጋር ግንኙነት እና ትንሽ ወሬ አይችሉም፡፡ ማህበራዊን ብቻ ሳይሆን የህይወት ገጽታዎችን መነጋገር ሁሉም አይኖራቸውም፡፡
የማህበራዊ ችግር (social anxiety disorders) ያለባቸው አንዳንድ የተለመዱ ባህሪያትን ያሳያሉ:-
• ፈጣን የልብ ምት
• መንቀጥቀጥ
•ከፍተኛ ላብ
• ሰዎችን ለማየት ማፈር
• ከባዕዳ ሰው ጋር መነጋገር አለመቻል
• ከተቃራኒ ጾታ ጋር መነጋገር አለመቻል
• ሕዝብ በብዛት የሚገኝባቸውን ቦታዎች አለመጠቀም
• በሰዎች ፊት መመገብ መፍራት
• ትምህርት ቤት ወይም ሥራ ቦታ መናገር አለመቻል የመሳሰሉት ናቸው፡፡
ማኅበራዊ ጤንነት ችግር ያለበት ማንኛውም ሰው በተለያዩ መንገዶች በሚደረግ ልምምድ በቀላሉ መዳን ይቻላል፤ በእንደዚህ አይነት ችግር ውስጥ ያለ ሰው ከስነ ልቦና ባለሙያ ጋር በመካከር ወይም በግል አንዳንድ ቀላል ልምምዶችን በማድረግ ባጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ የተሻለ ለውጥ ማግኘት ይቻላል፡፡
